Kim has held a California Real Estate license since 2000. She has worked as a Realtor, broker Compliance Officer, marketing coordinator and publications specialist. Her real estate training includes completion of the Graduate of Realtor Institute certification (GRI) and Certified CAR Forms Trainer. After selling real estate for so many years, she realized her true talents and passion were best utilized by handling the paperwork than in actual sales. After serving as a compliance officer, she naturally segued into being a transaction coordinator. She discovered how much she loved the challenge of putting all the real estate puzzle pieces together into one clean and near-perfect file. Kim opened her own real estate transaction business called Next Level Transaction Coordination and became a professionally certified transaction coordinator through the California Association of Realtors. She loves the day-to-day paperwork challenges, working closely with her clients to ensure their customers are informed, guided and compliant in their responsibilities. With an eye for detail, a sense of humor, an understanding of all sides of a transaction and a passion for excellence, Kim has the perfect recipe for successfully handling real estate transactions and providing professionalism in her field of expertise. When she’s not working, you’ll find Kim crocheting for friends, family, and by commission, reading her Kindle, playing games in her virtual reality headset, at a Pilates class, or hanging out with her adult children.
